50 Cent Rakes In Over $50 Million
Rapper 50 Cent heeded the advice contained in his major label debut, Get Rich or Die Trying, and has earned over $50 million dollars in the past year.
Through various endorsement deals, films, record label, clothing and a sneaker line, the self-admitted former crack dealer had a remarkable year.

According to the New York Times, the rapper's deal with Ecko Unlimited brought in over $50 million in wholesale sales, while his G-Unit footwear line through Reebok made him a whopping $20 million.

Add in G-Unit Records, which released top-selling records from cohorts Young Buck and Lloyd Banks, an endorsement deal with Glaceau to produce “Formula 50,” a grape flavored vitamin and "Groupie Luv," a #1 adult DVD and its obvious 50 Cent has put his street smarts to good use in 2004.

In 2005, the Queens, New York native has major projects slated for release.

Included is a major motion picture, a video game through Vivendi/Universal games, a new album The Saint Valentines Day Massacre, a limited edition vitamin water drink called “Formula 50” and the launch of a women’s division of G-Unit clothing.

The rapper is expected to debut near the top of 2004’s highest entertainers lists.
